The villa features four luxurious bedrooms and four luxurious en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (180x200 cm), built-in closet space, and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, double sink, lockable toilet, and luxurious walk-in shower.

We are impressed by the panoramic view this villa offers. Large glass sliding doors connect the living room to the spacious natural stone terrace. From here you have a wide view over the Mediterranean Sea.

The XL dining table is positioned so that you can fully enjoy the beautiful view towards the Mediterranean Sea. A canopy provides the desired shade. A wonderful place to sit out of the sun and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a deliciously prepared dinner.

The 3 bedrooms on the first floor each offer a private terrace with seating.

The private pool measures 11 x 6 m with a depth of 120 - 150 cm. On the sun terrace around the pool, there are several luxury loungers and parasols. The sun exposure is optimal, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long until late in the evening if desired.

Parking is on your own property.

The villa is located in a beautiful, very quiet area. It is also a wonderful environment for walking.

Tourrettes-sur-Loup is an old French mountain village: particularly charming with a nice selection of restaurants and shops. For larger shopping needs, you can go to nearby Vence.

In the artists' village Saint-Paul-de-Vence, you can enjoy a medieval village with galleries, restaurants, and of course the Fondation Maeght.
