The villa is stylishly and contemporarily furnished and offers 230 m² of living space, finished with refined tones and high-quality materials. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with dining area and a modern, semi-open kitchen. Through the French doors, the interior seamlessly flows onto the terrace. Under the pergola, there is a dining table with comfortable chairs — a delightful, sheltered spot for long al-fresco lunches and atmospheric outdoor dinners. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer combination, Quooker with sparkling water function, and a Nespresso machine. Thanks to the fast fiber optic connection, you also have excellent wifi in the villa.

The villa accommodates five bedrooms and three bathrooms.  

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, is the master bedroom with French doors to the garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The luxurious double bed measures (180x200). The bedroom is air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, offers a luxurious double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink, and toilet). This room does not have air conditioning. 

Bedroom 3, located on the first floor, has a luxurious double bed measuring (180x200). The bedroom has air conditioning. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 share a bathroom in the hallway (double sink, shower, and toilet).

Bedroom 4, on the first floor, features a luxurious double bed (180x200). It is air-conditioned. This bedroom shares a bathroom in the hallway with bedrooms 3 and 5. 

Bedroom 5, located on the first floor, has a luxurious double bed (180x200). It also has air conditioning. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 share a bathroom in the hallway (double sink, shower, and toilet).

The villa is situated on a flat plot of 2,300 m² in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the center of La Plan de la Tour.

Especially beautiful is the pergola-covered terrace by the living room. There is a large dining table, perfect for long, leisurely lunches and atmospheric outdoor dinners. The large gas BBQ is also on this terrace. For delightful daytime lounging, take a seat on the luxurious lounge set.

The private pool is 10 meters long and has a depth of 1.50 to 2.00 meters. There are 6 luxurious and comfortable sunbeds and 3 parasols. There is an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.

On the side of the villa is a pétanque court. Always a fun way to end the day: a glass of rosé in hand while you throw a ball.

There is ample parking on the property.

The location of the villa offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of the Provençal hinterland and the proximity to lively Sainte-Maxime, with its atmospheric terraces, excellent restaurants, beaches, and the Mediterranean Sea.

The colorful village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour is 1600 meters away, allowing you to relaxingly walk to the bakery. Le Plan-de-la-Tour is an authentic Provençal village also known for former famous residents such as Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis. Around the village square, you will find various restaurants and cozy terraces. On Thursdays, a charming market is held with local and gourmet products. In the area, there are also several wineries where you can discover the characteristic wines of Provence.

From April to October, the surrounding villages regularly host brocantes, art markets, and vide-greniers. A walk through the impressive Massif des Maures is also definitely worthwhile.

The area offers plenty of opportunities for an active holiday, including golf, sailing, horseback riding, polo, karting, jet skiing, and sea kayaking. The glamorous Saint-Tropez is vibrant and lively in summer but also particularly attractive in the quiet pre- and post-season.
