What a beautiful villa this is, designed to fully enjoy the sunny South French climate. Large windows offer a panoramic view and make the inside seamlessly flow into the outside.

The villa is a sleekly designed rectangle consisting of 2 floors. You enter into a spacious hall on the ground floor. The spacious living room is located one level higher, the 1st floor also at garden and pool level. The living room is very stylishly furnished with modern, luxurious furniture. We really like that the large sliding doors can be completely opened.

Extending from the living and dining area is the very luxurious, modern Poggenpohl kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with high-quality (Miele) built-in appliances. We also find the outdoor terrace next to the kitchen very beautiful, where the dining table and chairs are completely sheltered. Here too, the sliding door can be fully slid into the wall, making the inside seamlessly flow into the outside.

Nice to know; the villa offers a Sonos integrated sound system throughout the entire villa. 

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. All equipped with air conditioning as well as underfloor heating.

Bedroom 1, located at the level of the living room, is the master bedroom, the bed is a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 2, located on the lower floor, the bed is a double bed (180x200). Also with air conditioning. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

The architect-designed garden offers a lot of privacy and provides a nice space to enjoy the sun and pool thanks to the lawn.
The pool is really an eye-catcher. No less than 15 meters long, so also for serious swimmers. There are 4 sunbeds and there is also a parasol. Next to the pool is a nice seating area with rattan garden furniture, wonderfully "hidden" under the Wysteria pergola.

The villa is within walking distance of the village of Montauroux, a traditional Provençal village where you also have a beautiful view from the living room and garden. So the market, shops, and bakery are within walking distance.

There is parking for 3 cars including 1 under a carport.

The villa is located just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Montauroux, one of the charming “villages perchés” of the Pays de Fayence.

For those who enjoy walking, running or mountain biking, the Forêt du Défens is only a short distance away. This beautiful natural area is known for its centuries-old oak trees, wide walking trails and lovely views over the Siagne Valley. From the forest, you can enjoy a wonderful walk to the Pont des Tuves, an old stone bridge crossing the River Siagne. The clear turquoise water and rocky surroundings give this place an almost fairy-tale atmosphere.

For children, the adventurous Parcabout Montauroux leisure park is also located in the forest, where they can climb and play among the trees.

Do you enjoy water sports? Then the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien is highly recommended. This large lake, set in nature among the Provençal hills, offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, pedal boating or taking out an electric boat. Around the lake, you will find several small beaches, rental facilities and pleasant terraces.

Within just a few minutes, you can reach one of Europe’s most beautiful golf resorts: Terre Blanche, renowned for its two championship golf courses, luxurious spa and refined gastronomy.
