This beautiful architect-designed villa was created to make the most of the sunny South of France climate. Thanks to the large windows and fully retractable sliding doors, indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly, while you can enjoy stunning panoramic views from almost every part of the villa.

The villa has a sleek, modern design and is arranged over two floors. Through the spacious entrance on the ground floor, you reach the stylish living area on the first floor, which is also the level of the garden and swimming pool. The inviting living space is furnished with luxurious, modern furniture and radiates calm, space and comfort. The fully opening sliding doors enhance the wonderful sense of freedom and connect the living room directly with the generous terrace.

Adjacent to the living area is the exclusive Bulthaup kitchen, fitted with high-quality Miele and Gaggenau built-in appliances. Here too, the large sliding doors create a direct connection with the outdoor spaces. On the sheltered terrace next to the kitchen, there is a large dining table where you can enjoy long lunches and warm summer evenings.

Good to know: the villa features an integrated Sonos sound system throughout the entire house. Should you unexpectedly need to work during your stay, there are also two fully equipped workspaces, both fitted with a docking station and large screens. The villa has fibre-optic Wi-Fi and several access points, ensuring a fast and stable internet connection throughout the house and on the terrace.

The villa offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The bedrooms are almost equal in terms of comfort, style and finish.

Bedroom 1 is located on the same level as the living area and has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and also has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also located on the ground floor and each have a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

From the living area, the large sliding doors give direct access to the spacious terrace with a sun shade and a comfortable XL lounge set. The kitchen also opens onto the large terrace, which extends along the full length of the villa. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views over the hills and the skyline of the idyllic village of Montauroux.

Together with the terraces and various lounge areas, the swimming pool creates a wonderful place to relax and fully enjoy outdoor living in Provence.

The architect-designed garden offers plenty of privacy, while the lawn provides a lovely space to enjoy the sun and the pool.

The swimming pool is a real eye-catcher. At no less than 15 metres long, it is also ideal for serious swimmers. There are 4 sun loungers and a parasol. Next to the pool, there is a charming seating area with rattan garden furniture, beautifully “hidden” beneath the wisteria-covered pergola.

There is parking space for 3 cars, 1 of which can be parked under a carport.

The villa is located just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Montauroux, one of the charming “villages perchés” of the Pays de Fayence.

For those who enjoy walking, running or mountain biking, the Forêt du Défens is only a short distance away. This beautiful natural area is known for its centuries-old oak trees, wide walking trails and lovely views over the Siagne Valley. From the forest, you can enjoy a wonderful walk to the Pont des Tuves, an old stone bridge over the Siagne River. The clear turquoise water and rocky surroundings give this place an almost fairytale-like atmosphere.

For children, the adventurous Parcabout Montauroux leisure park is located in the forest, where they can climb and play among the trees.

Do you enjoy water sports? Then the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien is an absolute must. This large lake, set in nature among the Provençal hills, offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, pedal boating or exploring by electric boat. Around the lake, you will find several small beaches, rental points and pleasant terraces.

Within just a few minutes, you can also reach one of Europe’s finest golf resorts: Terre Blanche, renowned for its two championship courses, luxury spa and refined gastronomy.
