This is a spacious and stylish villa with approximately 400 m² of living space, ideal for those looking for space, comfort and privacy. The villa is generously laid out and offers several comfortable living areas, both indoors and outdoors. All rooms are air-conditioned, making it a very pleasant place to stay even on warm summer days.

The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and offers direct access to the covered terrace with large lounge sets. It is a lovely place to relax, read or enjoy long summer evenings together.

The inviting kitchen-dining area forms a central part of the villa. It features a large dining table and is also air-conditioned. The kitchen is very fully equipped and includes, among other things, cooking hobs, an oven/grill, microwave, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, air fryer and juicer. Everything is provided for preparing elaborate meals, or simply breakfast, lunch or drinks.

From the kitchen-dining area, you step directly onto the spacious terrace beneath the pergola. Around the villa there are four different outdoor areas with tables and chairs, allowing you to find a pleasant spot at any time of day to dine, relax or spend time together. This is especially enjoyable on warm days: you do not always need to sit indoors at the dining table, but can choose from several shaded and atmospheric outdoor spaces. From here, you can fully enjoy the wide views over the surrounding landscape. Thanks to its elevated and open position, the villa offers beautiful views over the green surroundings, creating a wonderful sense of space, peace and privacy. A river also runs below the property, making the setting even more special. This gives the domaine a natural, almost idyllic atmosphere and contributes to the feeling of tranquillity and exclusivity.

The villa has six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The layout makes this villa particularly suitable for two families or one large family.

Ground floor – living room level

Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.

Bedroom 3 is a children’s bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x200).

First floor

Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Lower floor – garden level

Bedroom 5 has a double bed (2x90x200) and direct access to the terrace on garden level.

Bedroom 6 has a double bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace on garden level.

From the bedrooms on garden level, you can step straight outside, ideal for a refreshing morning swim in the pool.

Villa Bessons is situated on a plot of 190,000 m2. You understand; your peace and privacy are guaranteed here. Around the house 6000 m2 is fenced and closed with a fence. On the rest of the estate with its oak forests and olive groves you can make beautiful walks. 

This is a real family villa which, thanks to the large garden, the outdoor swimming pool and the various seating areas in and around the villa, offers privacy and relaxation for all family members.

Very beautiful is the with a pergola covered terrace with XL outdoor dining table near the kitchen. A nice place for al fresco lunches or cosy BBQs. 

The swimming pool measures 14 x 7 metres and is located approximately 40 metres from the villa. Along the long side of the pool, comfortable sun loungers and plenty of parasols are ready for you. In total, there are 12 sun loungers available. The pool area also has an outdoor shower. For extra comfort and a stylish atmosphere, two new luxurious daybeds have recently been placed by the pool. The pool is also fenced, providing additional safety, especially for families with young children.

Also nice is the pool house so a refreshing glass of rosé or Perrier is always nearby. Nice detail is the outdoor table under the XL fig tree by the pool house. In our opinion, the place for a nice lunch. Always nice to also cool off from the southern French sun. 

Lorgues is known for its large and very popular Provençal weekly market on Tuesdays. It is a charming French town with inviting terraces, restaurants, narrow streets, plane-tree-lined squares and authentic little shops. Lorgues also has plenty to offer in terms of gastronomy, with the renowned Michelin-starred truffle restaurant Chez Bruno as a particular highlight. Another lovely outing is a visit to the vineyards of Château de Berne. Be sure to book in advance for a delicious lunch at the Bistro or for a wine tasting on the estate.

During the summer months of July and August, Lorgues and the surrounding Provençal villages regularly host lively events such as brocantes, evening markets, village festivals, music nights and local wine and produce markets. Places such as Flayosc, Cotignac, Tourtour, Salernes and Villecroze are also well worth visiting for lunch, a stroll or to enjoy a typical Provençal village square.

In the immediate surroundings, there are several opportunities for outdoor activities, such as canoeing, horse riding, walking or cycling through the hilly landscape with vineyards, olive trees and lavender fields. The waterfalls and caves of Villecroze also make for a lovely excursion, especially on warm days.

Lorgues is also an excellent base from which to explore the Provence region further. The impressive Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix are within easy reach for a day trip and offer plenty of opportunities for swimming, canoeing or picnicking by the water. Charming villages such as Tourtour, Aups, Entrecasteaux and the artistic town of Grasse are also within reach.

For those who enjoy a day by the sea, the beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and Sainte-Maxime are easily accessible by car. Well-known places on the Côte d’Azur, such as Saint-Tropez, Cannes and Antibes, are also possible as day trips.

The villa is located approximately one hour by car from the airports of Nice, Marseille and Toulon. The train station in Les Arcs is about 20 minutes away by car and offers good connections towards the Côte d’Azur and other destinations in the South of France.

On request, various extra services are possible on site. This is because the caretaker lives on the domain. However, at such a distance that you have complete privacy. Think, breakfast care, shopping, extra cleaning and even a table d'hôte. In short, a beautiful holiday with lots of privacy, tranquility and with opportunities to unburden you.
