Here, you are not staying in a standard villa, but in a particularly charming holiday home where each room has its own character.

The villa is south-facing and arranged over two floors. What immediately stands out is the colorful and cheerful interior. The owners have chosen an eclectic style with bold combinations, surprising use of color, and playful details. The overall effect is a feast for the eyes, giving the property a unique and warm atmosphere.

On the lower floor, you will find the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes every convenience, such as a Smeg stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On this level, you will also find the second modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the entrance level, there are three bedrooms. All rooms are generously sized and finished with beautiful oak herringbone parquet flooring. The interior design fits perfectly with the rest of the villa: colorful, bright, and stylish.

    The layout is as follows:

    Bedroom 1: The master bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200).

    Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed (140 x 200).

    Bedroom 3: Offers a double bed (140 x 200).

These three bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a double washbasin, floating toilet, and a stylish walk-in shower with views of the Esterel mountains. In total, the villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The garden features several terraces on different levels. It also includes several old olive trees, clementine shrubs, and an enormous bougainvillea climbing along the façade. The garden offers complete peace and total privacy. As the grounds are divided over several levels, the property is less suitable for small children.

The terrace, accessible from both the living room and the kitchen, is partly covered (with a six-metre-wide awning). Two of the three bedrooms have French doors opening onto a large sunny balcony with phenomenal 180° views.

The swimming pool is located in a slightly lower part of the garden, creating a pleasantly intimate atmosphere. The pool is not large (6 x 2.60 m), but it is equipped with every imaginable comfort. Two powerful, adjustable counter-current jets guarantee endless swimming enjoyment in a heated pool. Sitting or lying on the wide steps, which are partly submerged, you can enjoy a wonderful hydromassage provided by 15 jet streams. Alongside the pool is the sun terrace (45 m²) with old olive trees and comfortable loungers, from where you can take in panoramic views over the valley. As dusk falls and the pool lighting is switched on, you can look out over the valley with its many twinkling lights. A truly magical sight.

Under the heading “Facilities” you will find all the information about what is or is not available in this villa, such as pool heating, air conditioning, as well as details about the type of coffee machine and BBQ, plus additional information about the pool.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the lively village of Cabris, with its charming centre, winding streets, and inviting terraces. From the esplanade by the old castle ruins, you can enjoy magnificent views over the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. On the edge of the village lies the Grand Pré, a large green meadow where village festivals and brocante markets are regularly held and where it is wonderful to enjoy a picnic. In the immediate area, there are also excellent opportunities for walking and cycling, while golf and tennis enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy as well.

Grasse, just 4 kilometres away, is world-famous for its perfume houses. In its atmospheric old town, you can visit ateliers and museums, have your own fragrance created, and wander through the winding streets and charming little squares. Brocante and antique markets are also regularly organised, offering the chance to discover some wonderful finds.

What we find particularly appealing about this location is the combination of staying in Provence while still being able to reach the Mediterranean coast in just 30 minutes.

If you feel like enjoying a more glamorous and lively atmosphere, Cannes and Nice are also within easy reach: Cannes is about 20 minutes away and Nice around 35 minutes. There you will find long beaches, lively boulevards, luxury shops, marinas, and a wide choice of restaurants and terraces.

Antibes is also highly recommended, with its charming old town, attractive harbour, and the Picasso Museum. In addition, Lake Saint-Cassien is perfect for a day out, offering excellent swimming water, pedal boat and SUP board rentals, and several waterfront spots where you can enjoy lunch or a drink.
