    What we love

    • 100% airconditioning
    • All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms
    • Spacious dining tables for al fresco lunches
    • Panoramic views of the green Provençal hills
    • Generous living and dining areas

The villa features an exceptionally spacious and inviting living room with a fireplace and television. Thanks to the large glass doors, which slide completely into the walls when opened, the indoor and outdoor areas blend seamlessly, allowing you to enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the hills and towards the sea.

Adjacent to the living room is the stylish dining room, with a generous dining table seating 10 guests — the perfect setting for long, convivial dinners with family or friends. From the dining room, you enter the modern, fully equipped kitchen, fitted with every contemporary convenience. Here you will also find a charming breakfast table with two high bar stools. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing excellent comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and feature elegant furnishings, ample wardrobe space, and luxurious bed linen. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

    Ground floor:
Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180 x 210) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 also features a double bed (180 x 210) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

    First floor:
Bedroom 3, the spacious master bedroom, features a double bed (200 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A true highlight is the large balcony running across the full front of the bedroom.

Bedroom 4 (approx. 18 m²) is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200) and has access to a separate bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Thanks to its hillside location, the villa often benefits from a pleasant cooling breeze, making your stay especially comfortable, even on warmer days.

Villa Fontanes welcomes its guests with truly breathtaking views over the Provençal countryside, the Mediterranean Sea, and Lac de Saint-Cassien. Whether from the living room or the spacious front terrace, you can fully enjoy this unique panorama. The photos speak for themselves: this is a place to completely unwind and enjoy the green hills of Provence, the private swimming pool, and the wonderful South of France sunshine.

A major highlight of this villa is the two XL dining tables on the terrace. This allows you to choose the perfect spot at any time of day: enjoy lunch in the shade under the charming pergola covered with greenery, or have breakfast in the morning sun at the other dining table.

The spacious private swimming pool, measuring no less than 12 x 5 metres, is the shining centrepiece of the sun-drenched terrace. Around the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and several inviting seating areas spread across the terrace. Everything is in place for long, relaxing days outdoors, in complete comfort and privacy.

The villa is within walking distance of the picturesque “village d’artistes” of Cabris, a charming hilltop village with an atmospheric old centre, winding streets, inviting terraces, and several restaurants, including the gastronomic L’Auberge du Vieux Château. From the esplanade by the old castle ruins, you can enjoy beautiful views over the hinterland and all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. On the edge of the village lies Le Grand Pré, a large green meadow where village festivities and brocante markets are regularly held, and which is also a lovely place for a picnic. The immediate surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling, while golf and tennis enthusiasts will also find excellent opportunities here.

It is good to know that Cabris and the surrounding area are hilly. The walk to and from the village is therefore scenic and certainly worthwhile, but because of the changes in elevation it may feel quite strenuous for guests who are less fit or have limited mobility.

Grasse, just 4 kilometres away, is world-famous for its perfume houses. In the charming old town, you can visit ateliers and museums, have your own fragrance created, and wander through winding streets lined with attractive little squares. Brocante and antique markets are also held regularly, offering the chance to find some wonderful treasures.

Golf and tennis enthusiasts will also be in their element in Cabris, where a variety of sporting opportunities can be enjoyed in a beautiful green setting with lovely far-reaching views.

If you feel like experiencing a little more glamour and liveliness, Cannes and Nice are both within easy reach: Cannes can be reached in about 20 minutes, and Nice in approximately 35 minutes. Here you will find long beaches, lively boulevards, luxury boutiques, marinas, and a wide range of restaurants and cafés.

Antibes is also well worth a visit, with its charming old town, attractive harbour, and the Picasso Museum. In addition, Lac de Saint-Cassien is ideal for a day out, offering excellent swimming water, pedal boat and SUP board rental, as well as several waterside pavilions where you can enjoy lunch or a drink.
