This impressive villa consists of 3 floors. The ground floor, where you enter the villa, the first floor and a lower floor.

From the hall you enter the dining room, with French doors giving direct access to the large terrace. The dining room is in open connection with the living room and the open kitchen via 2 steps. On the ground floor there is also a separate TV room with kitchenette with hob and small fridge.

In the living room you will find a wonderfully comfortable corner sofa and two armchairs. Television and wifi available. From here you can enjoy the view of the bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, such as a large American fridge, induction hob, convection and steam oven and a dishwasher. The (breakfast) bar has 4 seats.

There are 5 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is unique and with its own style. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. There is a double bed (140x200). Patio doors provide access to a private terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious shower and toilet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the first floor. Both have a double box-spring bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. From both rooms French doors open onto the upper terrace, offering a wide view over Nice and Cannes.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the lower floor. Bedroom 4 is the most spacious bedroom and has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds (2x90x200) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway that connects these two bedrooms is a long table with stools. A nice place for children to play or draw.

From all terraces of the villa, you can enjoy exceptionally beautiful views of the surroundings. Thanks to the villa’s location, you look out over the greenery, the hills and, in the distance, the sea. At any time of day, there is always a lovely place to sit outside, whether you wish to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, relax with a book or dine together in the evening while taking in the view.

You will probably spend most of your time on the large terrace on the ground floor. Here you will find a spacious dining table with 10 chairs, making it a wonderful place for outdoor lunches and dinners with the whole group. The large gas barbecue makes this terrace especially inviting for long summer evenings with good food, a glass of wine and the beautiful view.

The private swimming pool measures 8 x 4.5 metres and is beautifully sheltered near the villa. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and parasols, allowing you to relax comfortably between swims. We especially like the two hanging chairs, where you can unwind and enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding area.

On the terrace that runs along the full width of the villa on the lower level, several attractive seating areas have also been created. This makes it easy for everyone to find a quiet corner or to gather together in a pleasant spot in the sun or shade. On the slightly elevated terrace, you can enjoy the natural shade of the trees, a lovely place for a peaceful moment on warm summer days.

Le Trayas officially belongs to Saint-Raphaël and is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the Côte d’Azur. The Saint-Raphaël coastline extends for no less than 36 kilometres and offers a wonderful variety of golden sandy beaches, small hidden coves, rocky inlets and unspoilt natural scenery. Here, the blue Mediterranean Sea and the red rocks of the Estérel mountains come together in a truly spectacular way.

Saint-Raphaël itself has a lively and charming harbour with a pleasant promenade lined with plane trees, cafés, restaurants and shops. In season, you can take the ferry from the harbour to Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Tropez. It is a relaxed way to discover the coastline from the water while avoiding traffic on the roads. Agay is also well worth a visit. Along the beach you will find several lovely restaurants and beachside spots.

One of the most beautiful excursions in this area is the famous Route de la Corniche d’Or. This scenic coastal road runs from Saint-Raphaël via Agay-Plage, Anthéor and Le Trayas towards Cannes, winding its way past spectacular red rock formations, small bays and breathtaking viewpoints over the sea. Be sure to take your time along the way for a walk, a picnic or a refreshing swim in one of the sheltered calanques.

For nature lovers, the Massif de l’Estérel is a true paradise. You can enjoy wonderful hikes, mountain bike rides or shorter walks to one of the many viewpoints. At sunset, the red rocks become even more intense in colour, giving the landscape an almost magical atmosphere. This scenery is equally impressive from the sea: a boat trip, kayak tour or snorkelling excursion along the rocky coastline is highly recommended.

The charm of Le Trayas lies above all in its tranquillity, natural beauty and spectacular setting between the sea and the mountains. It is less glamorous than Cannes or Saint-Tropez, but precisely for that reason it is especially appealing to those who love an authentic Côte d’Azur atmosphere, beautiful beaches, clear blue water and breathtaking views. At the same time, well-known places such as Théoule-sur-Mer, Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Cannes and Saint-Raphaël are only a short drive away, making it easy to seek out a livelier atmosphere whenever you wish.

Cannes and Mougins: aristocrats, artists and movie stars!

Back in the 19th century, Cannes was a popular winter resort for the English aristocracy, mostly because of its excellent climate. That aspect is still visible in the many impressive hotel palaces and aristocratic villas. In the upper old town of Le Suquet, you can taste the atmosphere of the former fishing village. Today Cannes is best known for the annual Festival de Cannes. The coast towards the chic Mandelieu La Napoule and Theoule sur Mer offers beautiful views over the red Esterel.
