The living room is light and modern in design. The eye is immediately captured by the various paintings and other South French oriented art objects. The living room is luxuriously furnished with modern furniture, a comfortable seating area and a designer dining table.

An LCD satellite TV with DVD are present. The kitchen is located in the extension of the living and dining area. The modern kitchen is very complete with an American fridge with ice cubes, combi-oven and an espresso machine. The entire villa is air-conditioned.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the level of the living room. Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor. All bedrooms offers high-quality beds and luxury linen.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is in Provençal style and is equipped with walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 also offers a double bed (160x200). The traditional en-suite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and sink. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have direct access to the terrace.

In bedroom 3 has a boxspring bed which measures 160x200, with a view of the golf course. The bathroom is en-suite (shower, W.C. and sink).

Bedroom 4 is a spacious and above all a luxury suite. It is the beautiful decoration that makes this bedroom so special; luxury furniture in a contemporary color scheme. The suite is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious bathroom (bath, washbasins, toilette and  walk-in shower) and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The luxurious box spring bed is double (180x200).

The under architecture built villa lies against a mountain wall and consists of two levels. You enter the fully fenced area on the level of the road through an electric gate (with videophone). There is ample parking on site including a carport.

There is a spacious covered terrace at the level of the living room and kitchen. Under the covered terrace is a large wooden dining table and a beautiful design BBQ. Furthermore, on the terrace various luxurious outdoor furniture including a lounge set and sunloungers. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The pool has a size of 12 x 4 m and runs from 0.50 m to 1.80 m. It is a so-called overflow swimming pool with a wide view of the golf course. You can use the possibility to heat the pool. The pool water is based on salt electrolysis and contains no chlorine. This means that the water feels slightly salty. The water feels softer compared to a chlorine pool and is brighter in color. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear.

The terrace has a good sun position. You can enjoy the sun all day long. The covered terrace ensures that you can have a great lunch in the shade.

The wide sandy beach of Plage de la Nartelle is just a few minutes’ drive away. Here you will find several stylish beach clubs, where you can also enjoy dinner overlooking the sea during the high season.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the villa’s excellent location, with the Sainte-Maxime golf course close by. The lively centre of Sainte-Maxime can also be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car. Stroll through its charming streets, relax on one of the many terraces and discover a wide selection of shops and excellent restaurants.

From the harbour, you can reach glamorous Saint-Tropez by boat in around 10 minutes, offering a relaxing alternative to the busy coastal road. The characterful villages of Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune-sur-Argens are also within easy reach and make wonderful destinations for a day trip.
