Extending from the living room is the open kitchen. The open kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with, among others, a fridge-freezer combination, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen offers direct access to the spacious terrace with the dining table.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and offer access to the terrace on the pool side.

Bedroom 1, on the ground floor pool level, is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200). It is en-suite (washbasin and a walk-in shower and toilet). From the bedroom, you have access to the terrace on the pool side. TV is available. The bedroom is air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2, on the ground floor pool level, offers a double bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 2 shares a modern bathroom with bedroom 3 in the hallway with double washbasin, walk-in shower, and toilet. Air conditioning is present.

Bedroom 3, on the ground floor pool level, is a children's room. There are two single beds (2x90x200). Bedroom 3 shares a modern bathroom with bedroom 2 in the hallway with double washbasin, walk-in shower, and toilet.
From the bedroom, you have access to the terrace on the pool side. This bedroom also offers air conditioning.

The villa is located on an exclusive, 24/7 secured Domaine situated between Sainte Maxime and Grimaud on the coast. You pass 2 barriers/gates. It strongly reminds us of a Country Club. See also below.

As mentioned, the property offers a beautiful view over the green Pins Parasol towards the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

On the same level as the kitchen and living room is a spacious terrace equipped with a BBQ and a sunshade. Here stands the dining table with 6 chairs. A lovely place to have lunch, dinner, or simply relax with a cup of coffee and a good book.

The terrace is connected by stairs to the terrace one level lower where the pool is located. The pool measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with 4 loungers and 2 parasols. The pool has a depth of 1.20 m to 1.50 m. The water is kept fresh and clean by electrolysis, so no chlorine. Also nice is the outdoor shower with cold and warm water.

You park the car on a private parking space on the street. As mentioned, this is a well-secured Domaine.

The villa is situated on an atmospheric, country club-like domaine and combines the comfort of a private holiday home with the extra amenities of an exclusive holiday estate.

At the villa, you enjoy your own private pool, but you can also use the spacious communal pool on the domaine. Around this pool, you will find a large sunbathing lawn, sunbeds, and a cozy clubhouse. The clubhouse offers a breakfast and bread service, and in the evening you can order pizzas there. We especially appreciate the bread service: you can easily walk to the clubhouse in the morning for fresh bread, almost as if you have your own baker within walking distance.

Another special advantage is the private beach with its own pontoon. This secluded part of the beach is exclusively accessible to owners and renters of the homes on the domaine. As a renter, you are entitled to two sunbeds on the beach. Also attractive is the restaurant at the private beach, where you can have lunch under the tall pine parasols right by the sea. This restaurant is also exclusively accessible to owners and renters of the domaine, ensuring a quiet and exclusive atmosphere.

The beach is accessible both on foot and by car. There is a special parking space near the beach on the domaine. From there, you walk safely through a tunnel under the road to the beach, pontoon, and restaurant.

In short: a wonderful villa for the whole family, with a private pool at the property and the luxury of a spacious communal pool, a clubhouse, bread service, private beach, and restaurant right by the sea.
