Bedrooms 1 to 3 on the ground floor share 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

Bedroom 4, situated on the first floor, is a spacious master bedroom with beautiful sea views. It has a double bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 5 is located in a separate guesthouse. This accommodation offers a living area with kitchenette, a double bed (160x200), and an open bathroom (shower and sink).

In front of the villa lies a very spacious terrace with a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table for 10 people. Thanks to the beautiful location and panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, this is a wonderful place to dine outdoors, relax, and enjoy the view towards the bay of Saint-Tropez.

Tall Pine Parasols provide natural shade, and there is also an electric awning at the seating area. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a large Weber barbecue is available.

The pool is private and situated on a lower level within the spacious Mediterranean garden. It measures 11.5 x 5 meters. Around the pool are several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Adjacent is a sunbathing lawn with natural shade from a parasol tree.

The property is accessible via an electric gate. There is ample parking space on the premises.

This villa is peacefully located in a private domain in the hills between Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres. By car, you can reach both seaside resorts in approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Both towns are situated directly on the coast and have a harbour with boat connections, including services to Saint-Tropez.

The wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is only a short distance from the villa. Here you will find several excellent beach clubs, perfect for a relaxed lunch and, during the high season, atmospheric evening dining.

The lively town of Sainte-Maxime offers beautiful beaches, charming streets, shops and a wide selection of restaurants. From the harbour, you can also reach the elegant Saint-Tropez by boat in around 10 minutes.

The surrounding area offers several golf courses and charming villages such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune. Nice Airport is approximately one hour away by car.
