The villa is built on a hillside and is arranged over three levels: the entrance level, the living level and the sleeping level. Thanks to this layout, the villa offers a wonderful sense of space, beautiful views and several inviting areas to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.

The cosy living room is located on the middle level and has been decorated with great care in a warm, romantic style. The refined choice of colours, elegant furniture and tasteful details clearly reflect the owners’ professional background in interior decoration and furniture. The living room offers comfortable seating, a stylish contemporary atmosphere and a lovely fireplace, which adds extra charm during spring and autumn stays. TV and Wi-Fi are available.

The dining room, with a dining table for 8 guests, connects the living area with the modern open-plan Siemens kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and American fridge, making it ideal for preparing relaxed holiday meals.

From both the living room and the dining room, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace with a dining table for 10 guests. This is a wonderful spot for long lunches, dinners with family and friends or simply enjoying the view towards the sea.

The villa has five lovely bedrooms, making it a very comfortable holiday home for families or groups travelling together.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 x 200 cm), private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet, and private balcony with views towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Pool and garden level

Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), private luxury natural-stone bathroom with rain shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Children’s bedroom with bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Double bed (160 x 200 cm), shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5: Double bed (160 x 200 cm), shared bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom for bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, with shower and bath. Extra: Separate toilet on this level.

From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious, partially covered terrace. Here you will find a large dining table with 10 chairs, ideal for long lunches or dinners with family and friends. There is also a comfortable lounge area where you can relax with a book, an aperitif or simply enjoy the view. From this terrace, you have a beautiful view over the green hills towards the Mediterranean Sea, a setting that feels special at any time of day.

On garden level, you will find the private swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a spacious stone terrace with attractive sun loungers and parasols, allowing you to fully enjoy sunny days by the water. Whether you would like to swim in peace, relax in the sun or find a shaded spot overlooking the pool, there is plenty of space here for a wonderful holiday day. The pool is equipped with an alarm.

Next to the pool is the covered summer kitchen, a particularly lovely place to enjoy outdoor living in the South of France. The summer kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a griddle and a gas BBQ, and also has a wooden dining table where you can enjoy meals together. This is the perfect spot for a relaxed barbecue, a long summer evening or a glass of rosé in the evening sun, while enjoying the peace, the garden and the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The villa is located on a quiet street in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Les Issambres, right next to a beautiful natural area. Here, you can enjoy peace, privacy and a relaxed setting, while the beaches, shops and restaurants are still only a few minutes away.

Les Issambres is known for its laid-back atmosphere, beautiful sandy beaches and small coves along the coastline. Nearby Sainte-Maxime is also very popular, with its wide beaches, charming promenade, lovely restaurants and lively marina. From the villa, you can reach the beach of Les Issambres by car in approximately 5 minutes, perfect for a day by the sea, lunch by the water or a walk along the coast.

The location is also ideal for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Sainte-Maxime is about 15 minutes away by car. Saint-Tropez is approximately 45 minutes away and, during the summer, can also be reached in a particularly enjoyable and relaxed way by boat from the harbour of Les Issambres. This allows you to avoid the busy roads and arrive directly in one of the most iconic places on the French Riviera.

The villa is also easy to reach: from Nice Airport and from Cannes, the journey by car normally takes around one hour, depending on traffic.
