The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The worktop is extra-large and between the living room and the open kitchen is a beautiful oval dining table with 8 green Vitra chairs.

There are 4 luxurious bedrooms, all with a luxurious bathroom and 3 bedrooms offer airconditioning. There is 1 bedroom on the living and entrance level and 3 bedrooms on the lower floor, garden and pool level.

From the bedrooms on garden level, you can step straight outside, ideal for a refreshing morning swim in the pool.

When we describe this villa as having the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, it is largely thanks to the swimming pool set in the beautiful green garden, combined with the white-rendered pool house. It is a true oasis of peace and luxury.

The swimming pool measures 11.40 x 5.40 metres and is fitted with a solid safety cover. Pool heating is available. The pool features a shallow plage, after which the depth gradually increases from 1.10 metres to approximately 1.50 metres across most of the pool. The pool area enjoys an excellent sunny position, as both the villa and the pool face due south. The pool is surrounded by a natural stone terrace furnished with attractive sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor shower completes the boutique-hotel atmosphere.

The charming pool house provides a wonderful shaded place to relax. It includes a small summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a plancha grill, a sink and a dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet.

At the rear of the villa, an inviting seating area has been created, as well as a partially covered terrace with a dining table, offering an alternative place to enjoy your meals. With several seating areas distributed throughout the spacious garden, there is always somewhere to sit in either the sun or the shade, allowing everyone to enjoy a quiet moment of privacy. The garden is flat and arranged over several different levels.

Another major advantage of the villa is that both the beach and the village, with its bakery and supermarket, can be reached on foot. It is an easy walk of approximately 20 to 25 minutes. The only question is: why would you ever want to leave?

The villa is located in San Peire, a popular area of Les Issambres directly on the Côte d’Azur. The supermarket, bakery, beach and sea are all within easy reach, allowing you to leave the car behind for your daily shopping or a relaxing day by the sea.

From Nice Airport and Cannes, San Peire can normally be reached in approximately one hour by car. The lively seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime is only a short drive away. Saint-Tropez is also within easy reach and takes around 45 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

During the busy summer months, however, the ferry service from the harbour of San Peire is a particularly convenient alternative. The harbour is within walking distance of the villa, and from here you can travel comfortably to Saint-Tropez without having to deal with the heavy coastal traffic.

Les Issambres, San Peire and Sainte-Maxime are renowned for their long sandy beaches, clear blue sea and relaxed atmosphere of the South of France. Along the coast, you will find a variety of beach restaurants, inviting terraces and water sports facilities. It is an ideal location for combining a peaceful seaside holiday with visits to lively resorts and the famous destinations around the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
