On the pool level, you will find the charming living room of the villa. This space is furnished with comfortable seating and features a large open fireplace. There is also an LCD TV and a DVD player. We particularly appreciate the carefully selected accessories and the consistent colour theme, which give the living room a warm and stylish atmosphere. In addition to the beautiful buffet cabinet, you will also find a dining table with a bench and four chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, two ovens, a microwave and a wine fridge. There is also an additional fridge in the garage, ideal for keeping extra drinks cool during the summer. Thanks to the fibre-optic connection, the villa has fast internet.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and three of the four bedrooms have mosquito screens on the windows.

The villa offers a beautiful covered terrace directly adjoining the living room. Here you will find the BBQ and a dining table for 8 people. The terrace is south-facing, making it a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Near the kitchen, there is a luxurious lounge set and a wine bar – the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif.

The kidney-shaped swimming pool is located on the same level as the living room. A very practical feature is the fencing, which allows you to close off access to the pool. The pool measures 10 x 5 m and is equipped with Roman steps and an alarm. There are 6 sun loungers available. The villa also has a jeu de boules court.

At this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean by means of an electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. You can easily park 3 cars on the private grounds.

Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte-Maxime are known for their long sandy beaches, welcoming beach restaurants and beautiful location on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The villa is situated on a hillside in Les Issambres, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful setting while staying close to the coast. By car, you can reach the beach in approximately 5 minutes.

Sainte-Maxime is also within easy reach: in around 15 to 20 minutes by car, you will arrive in the lively centre with its shops, restaurants, terraces and charming seafront promenade. Saint-Tropez is approximately a one-hour drive away, depending on traffic.

In July and August, Saint-Tropez is also easily and very pleasantly accessible by shuttle boat with Les Bateaux Verts. From the harbour of Les Issambres, the boat departs approximately every hour, while from the harbour of Sainte-Maxime it departs every 20 minutes. This allows you to avoid traffic on the road and enjoy a lovely crossing across the bay.
