The entrance of this holiday home is located on a quiet street close to the sea and the beach. The living room is fully oriented towards the unobstructed sea view and features a comfortable seating area and an XL dining table.

Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a large stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, American-style fridge, and Nespresso machine. WiFi is available.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (pool level), 1 on the first floor, and 2 in the separate apartment one level below.

Bedroom 1, ground floor: with a double bed (180x200). This bedroom shares a simple blue bathroom (shower and sink) with bedroom 2. A separate WC is located in the hallway.

Bedroom 2, ground floor: children’s room with 3 sleeping places, 2 of which are in a nice bunk bed. This bedroom shares a simple blue bathroom (shower and sink) with bedroom 1. A separate WC is located in the hallway.

Bedroom 3, first floor: with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is private (double sink, WC, and walk-in shower).

In the separate apartment:
Bedroom 4: with a double bed (180x200).
Bedroom 5: children’s room with 3 sleeping places, 2 of which are in a nice bunk bed. To access bedroom 5, you walk through bedroom 4. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a simple bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC.

Both the living room and the open kitchen provide access to the spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy wide sea views. The terrace features a luxurious lounge set and a dining table. The built-in grill/BBQ is also located here.

One level below, accessible by stairs, you will find the swimming pool (9 x 4), surrounded by a large sun terrace. There are high-quality sun loungers, parasols, and here as well a stylish lounge set.

This villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres. Sainte-Maxime can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.

Saint-Tropez is about a 40-minute drive away. A great alternative, especially in July and August, is to take the shuttle boat (Bateaux Verts) from the harbour in Les Issambres, which runs hourly. You can also board in the harbour of Sainte-Maxime. The service also operates during the evening and night.

Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte-Maxime are known for their long, beautiful sandy beaches. If you drive down the hill, you will be at the beach in about 5 minutes.

You do not have to drive far for a good meal: San Peire offers several excellent restaurants. Favourites include Le Provençal/Les Muriers with its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. Beach Club 44 is perfect for lunch or dinner with your feet in the sand.
