The villa has a spacious living area, stylishly and comfortably furnished. The generous seating area is arranged so that you can fully enjoy the built-in television with plasma screen and Dutch channels, the audio system and, in spring and autumn, the atmospheric fireplace. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Adjacent to the living area is the luxury open-plan kitchen. It is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, American-style fridge with ice dispenser and various practical facilities. Please note: capsules for the Nespresso machine should be brought by the guests.

The wooden dining table blends beautifully with the open living space and comfortably seats 8 guests. A washing machine and dryer, both by Miele, are located in a separate room.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The layout of the bedrooms makes the villa ideal for a stay with 2 families.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). This bedroom is next to Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor and has two single box-spring beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). This bedroom is next to Bedroom 1.

Ground-floor bathroom: a very luxurious bathroom, shared by Bedrooms 1 and 2.

Bedroom 3 is located on the first floor and is the master bedroom, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and a private terrace with panoramic sea views.

Bedroom 4 is also located on the first floor and has two single box-spring beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm).

In addition, there is a separate toilet on the first floor.

French doors from the living room open directly onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. From the terrace, you can enjoy wide views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the Îles de Porquerolles. From the luxury kitchen, French doors also lead out onto the shaded covered terrace with dining table.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and a wide variety of Mediterranean plants. The lawn next to the swimming pool is ideal for children to play, and there is also a boules court. The grounds cover approximately 2,000 m². There is ample parking space on the private property.

The spacious swimming pool (12 x 4 m) can be heated and is fitted with a solid pool cover/deck. At this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean by means of an electrolysis system. This means that the water feels slightly salty. Compared with a traditional chlorine pool, the water feels softer and has a clearer appearance. It is safe for both your skin and swimwear. Next to the swimming pool, there is a wooden terrace with a covered, comfortable lounge area with sofas and chairs. It is an ideal place to relax in the shade. A built-in barbecue is available. The villa also has a boules court.

La Londe-les-Maures is a charming seaside resort on the Mediterranean, beautifully situated at the foot of the Massif des Maures and facing the famous Îles d’Or, including Porquerolles and Port-Cros. The coastline here is varied and particularly attractive, with lovely sandy beaches such as Miramar, Tamaris and l’Argentière. These beaches stretch for around 2.5 kilometres between the salt marshes of Hyères and Pellegrin beach near Bormes-les-Mimosas.

From the pleasant marina of La Londe-les-Maures, boats depart in season to the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. Porquerolles in particular is highly recommended, with turquoise bays, pine forests, cycling paths and beaches considered among the most beautiful in the South of France.

The area around La Londe-les-Maures is also well worth discovering. A short distance away lies Bormes-les-Mimosas, one of the most beautiful villages in the Var. This colourful medieval village is known for its flower-filled streets, narrow lanes, charming little squares and wonderful views over the coast. In spring, Bormes-les-Mimosas is full of mimosa, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean flowers, but the village is also especially atmospheric in summer. Along the coast, you will also find the beaches of Le Lavandou and Bormes, including the beautiful Plage de Cabasson and the well-known Fort de Brégançon.

Hyères is also nearby and combines historic charm with a beautiful coastline. The old town of Hyères has a typical Provençal atmosphere, with markets, terraces, small shops and viewpoints overlooking the sea. Along the coast there are wide sandy beaches, salt marshes with flamingos and the Giens peninsula, a popular spot for water sports, walking and nature lovers. From Hyères and La Tour Fondue, you can easily reach the islands just off the coast.

La Londe-les-Maures is therefore an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy beaches, nature, islands, Provençal villages and the relaxed atmosphere of the Côte d’Azur.
