The villa features a spacious living area, stylishly furnished. A large, comfortable seating area is arranged so you can enjoy the built-in TV (flat screen with Dutch channels), the audio system, and, in spring and autumn, the open fireplace. WiFi is available.

The luxury open-plan kitchen, adjacent to the living area, is equipped with high-end appliances including an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), and an American-style fridge with ice maker. The wooden dining table is generous in size and seats 8 guests. A washing machine and tumble dryer (both Miele) are available in a separate laundry room.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning. The bedroom layout makes the villa ideal for two families.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms next to each other, as well as a very luxurious bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2 has two single boxspring beds (2x90x200).

On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is an impressive master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and walk-in shower) and a private terrace with panoramic sea views. Bedroom 4 has two single boxspring beds (2x90x200). There is also a separate toilet.

From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace, garden and pool. From the terrace you enjoy wide views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the Îles de Porquerolles. From the luxury kitchen, French doors lead to the shaded covered terrace with a dining table.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with, among other things, palm trees and a wide variety of plants. Children can enjoy the lawn next to the pool, as well as the pétanque court. The grounds measure 2,000 m² and there is ample parking on the private property.

The swimming pool is generous in size (12 x 4 m) and can be heated. It is fitted with a hard-cover deck. The pool water is kept clear and clean via an electrolysis system, which means the water feels slightly salty. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer and looks clearer in colour, and is safe for your skin and swimwear. For more information, please see our blog about saltwater pools.

Next to the pool is a wooden deck with a covered, comfortable lounge area with sofas and chairs—an ideal spot to relax in the shade. A fixed barbecue is available. The villa also features a pétanque court.
