The villa offers a total of 360 m² of living space. From the living room, you have direct views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. The living area, with two comfortable sofas and a lovely seating corner by the fireplace, opens through French doors onto the covered terrace and the spacious garden. Authentic floor tiles and the beamed ceiling add plenty of South of France character.

Adjacent to the living area is the modern and very luxurious kitchen. The large cooker, surrounded by a marble-look Dekton worktop, is particularly impressive. Also very elegant are the round marble Knoll dining table and the seven Carl Hansen Wishbone chairs. This luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. A particularly comfortable detail is the Aqualux tap, which provides chilled still and sparkling water at the touch of a button.

The various Sonos speakers, distributed throughout the villa, are another very pleasant feature. The villa also offers several televisions, including in the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and offer an en-suite bathroom, except for the children's room.

On the ground floor; bedroom 1, 2, and 3 each come with an en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms offer access to the garden.

Bedroom 1 boasts a double bed (180×200) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160×200). The bathroom is an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

Bedroom 3 consists of a mezzanine with a double bed (2x90x200). The en-suite bathroom is at garden level (shower, sink, and toilet).

On the 1st floor are bedrooms 4, 5, and 6.

Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with a modern luxury en-suite bathroom (spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), TV, and a private terrace with an expansive view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bed is double (160x200).

Bedroom 5 is the children's room. With one of the most beautiful cribs (90x200) and a baby cot. This bedroom is connected to the master bedroom but access is also available via the hallway.

Bedroom 6 is a spacious room with a double bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

At garden level is an additional bedroom for accompanying staff (such as a nanny) with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). The room offers access to the garden.

The various Sonos speakers distributed throughout the villa are very convenient. The villa also offers multiple TVs including in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

This romantic villa, with its spacious and beautifully maintained garden, impressive 16 x 7 metre swimming pool and 50 m² covered terrace, offers a wonderful combination of romance, space and comfort.

The villa is set on a generous 6,000 m² plot within an exclusive and well-maintained private domaine. As soon as you enter the grounds through the large gate, you immediately experience a sense of calm, privacy and luxury.

This green oasis can be accessed from both the living room and the kitchen through French doors. The kitchen opens onto the adjoining, partly covered terrace, which features a modern outdoor dining table and a luxurious lounge area. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there is plenty to choose from: in addition to a Weber barbecue, the villa also has a Big Green Egg.

The private pool is spacious (17 x 6 m) and equipped with a hardcover. The beautiful garden furniture (including a seating area, outdoor dining table, sun loungers) together with the green grass and large palm trees make this luxury villa a very pleasant place to stay.

The grounds are fully-fenced and have an electric access gate and ample parking spaces.

You may know the film La Piscine with Alain Delon and Romy Schneider: a sultry summer film set in a typical South of France villa near Saint-Tropez. This is, of course, not the villa from the film, but the atmosphere is strikingly similar: classic understated luxury with a modern twist.

This is a wonderful place to stay. You are on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, in La Croix-Valmer: a much-loved, green seaside village known for its Mediterranean nature, beautiful sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the generous plot, you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy here, while still staying in a wonderfully central location. Outside the busiest moments, Saint-Tropez can be reached in around 15 minutes, largely avoiding heavy traffic. The famous beaches of Ramatuelle, with their elegant beach clubs and lively summer atmosphere, are also within easy reach.

For those who prefer a slightly quieter beach day, La Croix-Valmer itself offers some beautiful alternatives. The beaches of Gigaro are just a few minutes from the villa and are among the loveliest spots on this part of the Côte d’Azur. Here you will find a lovely combination of sandy beach, clear seawater, seaside restaurants and a more natural, relaxed atmosphere. From Gigaro, the coastal path also leads towards Cap Lardier and Cap Taillat, a stunning protected natural area with Mediterranean vegetation, small coves and beautiful sea views.

La Croix-Valmer therefore offers the best of both worlds: the glamour of Saint-Tropez and Ramatuelle close by, while you return home to a peaceful, elegant setting where nature, space and comfort take centre stage.
