This beautifully furnished villa offers 230 m² of comfortable living space. The cozy living area with two sofas is directly connected to the outdoor space thanks to the large French doors and generous glass panels. You can immediately enjoy the view of the garden and the pool.

Adjacent to the living room is the separate TV room with a large, comfortable seating area; a wonderful place to relax during the hottest part of the day or to enjoy a movie night together.

Both the interior and the outdoor spaces are decorated with great attention to style and detail, giving the villa an elegant and warm atmosphere. The open kitchen with a practical utility room is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a Nespresso machine, so you can easily enjoy a fresh coffee at the bar.

There are 4 luxury bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, toilet, and walk-in shower).

Bedroom 2, ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (sink, toilet, and walk-in shower).

Bedroom 3, located on the 1st floor, features a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, toilet, and walk-in shower).

The villa is situated in a 24/7 secured Domaine located on the grounds of the Beauvallon Golf Club between Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. French doors connect the living room with the - partly covered - terrace and garden.

Outside, you also stay in complete comfort. Under the covered terrace are seating furniture, and in the garden, there is a large dining table for 8 people. A wonderful place to sit out of the sun and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a deliciously prepared dinner.

The private pool measures 12 x 4 m. The depth is a maximum of 1.50 m. Several luxury loungers and parasols complete the exclusive South France holiday feeling.

The villa offers a pétanque court, and especially for the little ones, there is a climbing frame with slide and swing.

There is a private beach that belongs to the Domaine. You can reach it on foot via a pedestrian tunnel under the coastal road, about a 10-minute walk. The beach also has a restaurant. As a tenant of this villa, two sunbeds are reserved for you every day.

From the villa, you can reach Saint-Tropez in about 20 minutes by car, allowing you to fully enjoy everything this diverse region has to offer.
