The interior has been tastefully and stylishly designed, featuring a harmonious blend of rattan details, characterful Provençal tiles, warm teak wood and crisp white walls, together creating a timeless Mediterranean look. Thanks to the large sliding glass doors, indoor and outdoor living flow seamlessly together, with direct access to the covered terrace. Here, you can relax and enjoy breathtaking views towards Saint-Tropez and across the azure blue Mediterranean Sea.

The open-plan kitchen is practical and fully equipped with a range of electrical appliances, ensuring you have everything you need. The villa also offers WiFi.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is situated on the first floor.

Bedroom 1: master bedroom on the first floor, with a double bed (160 x 200), an en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, and access to a private roof terrace with panoramic views.

Bedroom 2: on the ground floor, with a double bed (140 x 200) and a small bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 3: on the ground floor, with a double bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 4: on the ground floor, children’s bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200).

A baby cot is available. All bedrooms with a double bed are air-conditioned; the children’s bedroom is not.

The villa is located on the exclusive Beauvallon estate and offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. A spacious 3,000 m² garden surrounds the property, featuring beautifully maintained Provençal flower beds, several characterful mimosa trees, a fresh green lawn and an extra-large swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 metres.

Outdoor living is equally enjoyable here. The terraces are attractively furnished with classic outdoor furniture, while parasols and sunbeds around the pool invite you to relax and unwind. For those who enjoy making the most of outdoor life, there is also a table tennis table, a barbecue and a pétanque court.

The estate is secured by an electric gate, and parking is easy either on the property or in the spacious garage.

Grimaud and its surroundings are among the most charming areas on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The authentic hilltop village of Grimaud still breathes the atmosphere of Provence, with its narrow cobbled streets, flower-filled alleyways, inviting little squares and beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. Towering above the village is its impressive castle ruin, while the Romanesque church is also well worth a visit. A walk through the old centre is an experience in itself and offers a glimpse of the calm, characterful lifestyle of southern France.

There is also plenty to discover in the immediate area. A visit to glamorous Saint-Tropez is, of course, not to be missed, with its lively harbour, exclusive boutiques, vibrant terraces and the well-known market on Place des Lices. Port Grimaud, often referred to as the “Venice of Provence,” is another favourite destination. With its canals, bridges, colourful houses and charming waterfront restaurants, it is a wonderful place for a stroll or a leisurely lunch by the water.

For families with children, the area offers plenty of options for enjoyable day trips. There are various water parks, amusement parks and zoos in the region, so there is always something fun to do. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime, Grimaud and the Bay of Saint-Tropez are also within easy reach and invite you to spend long days by the sea, perhaps combined with lunch at one of the many beachside restaurants.

Golf lovers will feel equally at home here. The golf courses of Beauvallon and Sainte-Maxime are both located a short distance from the villa. Beauvallon, a beautiful 18-hole course, is just a few minutes’ drive away and is known for its superb setting and stunning views over the bay. This makes the area appealing not only to those seeking peace and quiet and to families, but also to more active guests who enjoy combining their stay with a round of golf.

Those who enjoy local markets and brocantes will also find plenty to explore. In Sainte-Maxime, Cogolin and Grimaud, charming markets are held regularly, where you can browse antiques, regional produce, vintage finds and all the atmosphere of Provence. It is precisely this combination of authentic villages, lively coastal towns, beautiful scenery and varied excursions that makes Grimaud and its surroundings such a popular holiday destination.
