On the Road in Southern France: New Photos and Villas for VillaSud

Every month, I spend about two weeks in Southern France to meet new and existing owners, revisit villas, and create photo presentations. This remains one of the most rewarding parts of my work. You not only see how a house looks but, more importantly, how it feels: the view from the terrace, the location relative to the beach, the atmosphere of the garden, and the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Last month, my journey took me to Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime, among other places. In Les Issambres, I took new photos of Villa Terrazure, a spacious family villa with sea views, a private pool, and lovely outdoor areas. Especially the view over the Mediterranean Sea and the cozy BBQ corner make this a villa that immediately evokes a holiday feeling.

In Sainte-Maxime, I also revisited several remarkable homes. Villa Le Paradou is a fine example. This villa is within walking distance of the beach and the town center, yet offers plenty of peace and privacy. The modern interior, spacious suites, cinema room, and generous terrace with sea views make this a very complete holiday villa.

Additionally, I visited the new Villa Les Baronnies. What immediately caught my attention there was the impressive view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Plage de la Nartelle. The combination of an infinity pool, flat garden, spacious terraces, and comfortable bedrooms makes this villa especially appealing for families seeking space, comfort, and views.

What remains important to me time and again: we want to truly know our villas. Not just from photos or floor plans, but from personal experience. Being on-site allows us to better assess what makes a house special and to advise our guests honestly and personally.

The new presentations of Villa Terrazure, Villa Le Paradou, and Villa Les Baronnies are now online. They provide a beautiful impression of three very different, yet each attractive holiday homes in Southern France.
